Ordering from Aurora Silk

We process orders in the sequence that we receive them, and most orders go out within two working days.* Orders placed through our website are shipped faster than orders placed over the phone (due to the extra time it takes us to write up phone orders and process the payment). You will be notified via email if there is going to be a delay in shipping your order.

International orders, or very large and heavy orders often require more for postage that the automatic PayPal system adds on. We'll promptly let you know if there is extra needed for shipping, and usually send a "Please Pay" request thru the Pay Pal system (very efficient, we love it!).

Order Online

  • Use our online shopping cart system and pay via PayPal. Just click "Add To Cart" by the products you wish to buy.
  • Click "View Cart" when you are ready to check out.
  • You can pay using your PayPal account, or with a debit or credit card. Your order will be sent through PayPal's secure servers and we will not receive your credit card information at all.

Order by Phone or Mail

  • For phone orders call us at (503) 286-4149 on Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm (Pacific Time). We accept Visa and Mastercard and Discover.
  • For mail orders send your order with a check to: Cheryl Kolander, 434 NE Buffalo St. Portland, Oregon 97211 USA. Please include a phone number and/or email address just in case we need to contact you regarding the order.

* We are open for mail-phone-internet business, Monday thru Thursday. If you are in Portland, official "Open House" hours are Tuesdays, 1-4. To come by at other times, please call to make an appointment: 503-286-4149. The Address is 434 NE Buffalo Street, which is just east off MLK, and three short blocks south of Lombard.
