On these items, we have a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items for an exchange or refund minus the shipping costs. Please include a copy of the order/invoice with your return.
RETURN OF FABRICS =NATURAL and "ON HAND" OR "STOCK" NATURALLY DYED:
10% RESTOCKING FEE, because we have cut this fabric especially for you.
RETURN OF NATURALLY DYED SMALL SKEINS OF SILK YARN:
10% RESTOCKING FEE, unless we have substituted a colour(s), in which case, no fee on those. We take great care to choose your colours according to your order and directions.
RETURN OF CUSTOM NATURALLY DYED FABRIC or YARN:
25% RESTOCKING FEE. Unless I (Cheryl, the dyer) feel the colour is not up to my standards of dyework, or that it is too far from your request.* In which case I will discuss this with you and send the custom dyework "on approval" and there is no restocking fee.
Please note:* Dyelots vary, I cannot guarentee colour matching. Also, there is always some subtile abrajz, this is a halmark of Artizan hand dyework and is not to be considered a defect, but is the character of the Art.
