Assuming the items you ordered are currently in stock, we will ship your order out on the soonest Monday, Wednesday, or Friday after you order. Allow extra time for large orders, dyed items, and other handmade or specialty items. Feel free to inquire ahead about availability or shipping times for any particular item.
We only ship via the Postal Service.
If you pay for free domestic shipping within the US, we will send your package out via First Class shipping (2-6 days) or Priority shipping (1-3 days), depending on the size of your order. If you pay for Expedited shipping, we ship via Express (1-2 days).
We ship internationally, to any country in the world! For more specifics about time and international shipping options, send us an email.
Most of our products are available in wholesale, just ask!
Most dyes, fixers, and assists list these wholesale quantities in the drop-down menu where you select the amount you’d like to purchase. However, if you would like to purchase in much larger quantities than those listed on the website, let us know and we can offer a quote.
Wholesale prices are available for our fabrics for amounts of 30 yards or more (for most of our peace silks), or for amounts of 50 yards or more (for most of our classic silks). These prices are subject to change, so send an inquiry if you are interested.
Our Return Policy
Returns or exchanges for most products are accepted. Let us know no later than 15 days after you receive your order that you plan to return the item. We must receive the item for return no later than 30 days after the item was delivered to you. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund or exchange on our soonest business day.
Items must be received in their original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Cut fabrics (i.e. any fabric yardage, not including pre-cut bandanas, scarves, or other handmade items) incur a 10% restocking fee.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless you received a damaged, incorrect, or defective product. Most of our fabrics are woven by small operations, using naturally variable natural materials, so small errors in the weaving and lot-to-lot variation are considered assets and are not defects for the purposes of returns.
No returns are accepted for wholesale orders, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
The following products are also not accepted for return or exchange:
- Fabric samples, yarn samples, and sample portfolio sets
- Silk! Hair Treatment
- Silk! Facial Poofs
- Spa cocoons
- Silkworm eggs
- Custom natural dyework
- Naturally dyed silk yarn colors, unless specifically sent “on approval”
